I added too much water (I never use water but had to here) to top of some Dragon Blood and it has lost body/mouthfeel. I think I need to add acid. Can I add lemon juice or should I use acid blend or something else?

You can do either, consider testing some small samples to see which you prefer before adjusting your entire batch.

update: it just dawned on me to use glycerin. The wine still had a fruit flavor, it is a little sharp tasting and it lost some body. I think (hope) glycerin will take care of those issues. I will let you know.
