I'm relatively new to wine making. I keep all my chemicals in a cool dark place in the basement. Should any of hem be refrigerated?

I have:

Sorbate. Kmeta Peptic enzyme. Acid blend. Yeast energizer and nutrient. Tannin. Acid blend. Easy clean Star-San.

Pectic enzyme is best refrigerated. I keep my sorbate in an airtight container in the freezer as well in order to slow down the degradation. The others should be fine stored as you have.

Greg to clarify, are you using the liquid pectic enzyme or the powdered form?

I would refrigerate both. Enzymes are proteins and they will degrade slower at cooler temperatures.
