How much aging for Welches concentrates?

For those who have done Welches, how much time do you need to give it ?


I have 6 gals of the concord that was started Dec. 3 and now is stabilized and backsweetend for a month.


Also some white grape (1gal)


These are suppose to be quick drinkers, but I want them to be as good as possible.


So what have you found to be the least amount of time given for these to be a fairly good drink and how much will they improve if given the time?

2 months in the bottle minimum not too bad, 6 months in bottle even better. They haven't been around any longer to compare!!

got a batch goin in bottles this weekend, prelude to a poker game, so I'll be watching this post. I figured I wouldn't be able to stay out of it long enough to find the proper aging time.
