I've peeled half of a papaya to substitute for a teaspoon full of pectinase. My question is how to prepare it?

Think i got this,, peel 400grams of pawpaw peels , sterilize it and add to 1litre of distilled water then blend it ,add 40grams of bakers yeast then mix it thoroughly,,,,incubate the whole mixture for 6 days at 25-30°C... pectinase would be recovered by carefully removing the supernatant and centrifuging at 2000rpm for 6mins... Test of activity to be continued
