I don't know about Al, but in my house I do whatever I want to do. The other day my wife was complaining about all the time and money I spent on winemaking and I said, "Look! This is my hobby, my money and my business! You don't have anything to say about it and if you don't like it, you can lump it!" Did I mention that I said this when she was back upstairs and out of earshot? But, still it HAD TO BE SAID! :)

Hey... I watch that channel!! LOL... good one!

You work at a winery.... you must have access to some equipment and chemicals there, don't you? Probably grapes/juice in season as well.

Lucky YOU!

Debbie

Yes, i have access to all the above for chemicals and grapes and i can actually get free juice as well that some of the wine makers decide to get rid of, sounds lame but i am still very new to wine making and just want to learn more and try a kit first because it come with all the necessary ingredients. I know it sounds kind of lame but would rather try something that will come out with some better wine that not so good wine for my first time.

Doesnt sound lame to me...... i wanted to start with a fruit 'country wine' and i'll be going with a strawberry because everything i read said its the hardest one to screw up lol. Although as soon as the strawberry goes into a secondary in fully intend to start a batch of skeeter pee :)
