Howdy all. I'm a beginner wine and mead maker currently living in North Carolina. Since moving here in Jan 06, I've been surprised by all the vineyards that we have and look forward to checking as many of them out as possible between now and Jan of '09 when I'll move somewhere else (I'm in the Air Force, so I am always on the move). In anyone knows of any particularly good or interesting vineyards, let me know. I'll post my findings whenever I get around to them.
