Head space in flex tankl

I’m short of filling a 15 gallon flex tank, don’t like the idea of the floating skin on top. My idea is to fill a few bottles with topping wine of a different varietal, cork them, and insert them in the tank to take up whatever room is necessary, probably about five gallons. Do you see any problems with this? Thx.

I would be more tempted to float a brand new ten liter cubitainer (LDPE) or new twenty liter flexible camping jug, ,,,,, or a few milk jugs (LDPE) or a PEX juice bottle.

I would not float any natural material like a cork stopper in a bottle (mold is a risk if the material is not submerged)
