Started an easy wine to make,took 2 64 oz bottles of Black grape juice from Kroger's 2lbs sugar,1tsp pectic enzyme,1 tsp yeast nutrients,1/8 tsp of tannin,1 tsp Acid blend,1/2 tsp of yeast energizer,used RC-212 yeast,(no water)let it work 7 to 8 days.Stirring daily.ready in 60 to 90 days.
