Hi. I hope this is the correct forum for this question.
I have four concord grape vines that are well established and have been providing grapes for several years, except for one, that has not yielded fruit for the past two years. The problem with this vine is that it produces leaves in the Spring like the others, but inside the new leaf clusters, there are grape buds already (see photo). I don't know why this is happening, but my thoughts are that this is too early, and when the buds flower, they do not get pollinated.
I would appreciate any help.
