I’m thinking ahead to September when I buy some juice buckets and have six packages of grape skins in the freezer from Label Peelers.
The Forte FWK include two packages of grape skins for six gallons. Is that measured amount critical. What should I expect if I added the double packs to four gallons of juice.
 
Adding 2 packs to 4 US gallons of juice will be fine.

In a discussion with Matt P last year, he noted that as many packs as desired can be added, but the level of improvement in the wine is reduced. E.g., adding 4 packs is not twice as good as adding 2.

IIRC, 2 packs in 23 liters was optimal. YMMV
