I was in a pinch for a container that would hold more than a gallon, so I could rack down to a gallon... I didn't know what to do and *HAD* to make wine. Here's what I came up with....

Too much to get into a 1 gallon jug so...
Like I said, It 'aint' pretty, but it was good when I had to rack it off...
It cleared nicely and left this behin (this wasn't cleared it did make a very nice looking wine; still aging though).
So far it tastes great. I'm sure it will only get better with time. too bad I only have a gallon
