How many days does it take to degass you wine using this and what should I be looking for to tell when its done...

I've been pumping it every 3-4 hours or so for about 2 days. Everytime I pump it up, I still see bubbles coming up out of solution. Its keeping a good seal, but I'm guessing I'm loosing vacume pressure as the co2 is released....

As a rule, I gauge by the size/quantity of the bubbles. Loads of tiny bubbles is CO2 being released.

ok thanks. what are the big bubbles. that seems to be whatthere is most of......

Generally when you get the big bubbles, it means it has been degassed enough. You are creating the bubbles rather than allowing the C02 to come out of suspension(tiny bubbles).
