My air lock went dry on my LE Shiraz, it couldn't have been more than a couple of weeks. What are the chances that it is still good?


I haven't sampled it yet...
 
Do you think I should add more sulfite now or wait until I bottle it?
 
How long since last addition and did you add any extra besides what was included?
 
Only what was included, I planned to add more before bottling.
 
I would add the extra 1/4 tsp of k-meta now and depending on how long you plan on bulk aging, determine the free SO2 then and decide if more is needed.
