Anyone done the Mosti Masters all juice Chard? I started mine this weekend, there was some residual dark stuff in the bag and the juice looked darker than I expected for a chard. Was wondering if it might be oxidized. SG was 1.090. I have pics/kit numberbut they are at home right now. I'll try to get them up tonite (new position is a killer).

i have made a pinot bianco (renaissance) and looked like that.



you should see it after the clarifiant. nice color and very clear!



the black things is usually some deposit from the must (not filtered or
slightly filtered. that's normal for a pasteurised juice. i have seen
it often)

How did this come out? I just started the same kit today and your must was much darker than mine.
