How long do yaw wait after backsweetening to add isingalss or other clarifiers ? Already Stabilized and waited a few days, then Backsweetened today, so what ya think ?

Kinda depends on my mood. If I wait til close to bottling time, the wine is usuallly clear and if you do a good job of inverting the sugar, it doesn't cloud up when you sweeten it. If it is that way, I don't use a clarifier at all. But my wines are in bulk for six months or more. Sometimes when stabalizing I will use the clarifier then. Sometimes I do not stabalize til close to bottling. THen usually no clarifier. If you are in a hurry, I would probably stabalize as soon as secondary ferm. is done. THen clarify at that time or a couple of days later. Degas some before clarifing. Most times tho, time will get it clear for you. Good luck with it, Arne. If this confused you more than you were before, I apolagize, hope it helped.

Thanks Arne, Yeah i already Stabilized, Degassed, Backsweetened, all this 3 days apart from each other. Wondering how long should i wait after Backsweetening to add my Clarifier ?

Many summer wine kits have you add the F Pack and immediately add clarifier(s) and start clearing.

If you are going to back sweeten only, I would let the wine and sugar integrate for 24 hours, then taste it to make sure you are still happy with the sweetness. Then I would add clarifiers.
