I am wondering if there is any significant differences in the cleaning process of cleaning oak and stainless steel barrels.
I have read anecdotally that Oak is much harder and time consuming to clean in comparison to a stainless steel barrel but I was curious what someones thoughts were who has first hand experience.
Has anyone had experience with both barrel types and can you offer some insight as to the differences between the two?
