I just degassed a wine in a very full carboy by using a drill and wand in a carpeted room.

I can do nothing but laugh at this point. Oh by the way it was (hint: was) a tan carpet with a red wine.

There is a product called "Wine-Away". Works Great on wine stains!

OMG it was like a wine volcano. Luckily it was in the laundry room and no big deal to throw the carpet out. Reminded me of putting a mentos in a soda bottle.

Such a big tank. So much wine. I'm not even shocked by the wine-cano, just by the sheer volume of wine in that tank.

I was adding nutrient very slowly and it still went over. If you ever used Super ferment you'll know what I mean.

haha I still can't get over that tank. Wish I could quit my job and make wine full time. Unfortunately, would be too much of a pay cut.
