If a recipe calls for 1 crushed Camden tablet( and I don't have them), how much K-meta(Powder) can I use instead?

In place of a
Campden Tablet, use 1/16 tsp of Potassium Metabisulfite.
this is what I found as a suggestion. Hope it helps. I have not used the tablets

Take 1/4 teaspoon k-meta and dissolve in 12 ounces of water. Mix thoroughly. Add 2 ounces to your 1 gallon and you have it nailed.

1/4 tsp of k-meta is good for 6 gallons so by mixing it with water makes it easier to divide into portions. Just make sure you can divide it by 6

I'm impressed! A real "easy" way of reducing from 6 to 1 gallon proportions.
