Does anybody use C02 for topping your carboys and barrels?
What is your system and how does it work.

I use wine and fill the carboy and barrel up to the neck. Works great. If I have a partial carboy that will be sitting for a month, I’ll use a one way valve and vacuum and evacuate the carboy. Works good.
