C-Brite

Someone gave me some packages of C-Brite. What can/should this be used for, cleaning, sanitizing, both? Need to rinse? Thanks!

This is a good cleanser(not sanitizer), good for cleaning your caboy, bottles, and primary bucket. This is a no rinse cleanser but I advise to rinse every other time as this stuff can build up after while.
