braggot recipes

I'm curious about making a braggot, but haven't started any research yet. Do you have to have beer making supplies and/or knowledge? Or is it merely adding malts?


Anyone have any basic recipes to share?

I made one braggot but goofed up when checking the SG and then added too much honey. It is sweet but still enjoyable and wish I had followed the original recipe.

very strange... I did a search yesterday and only came up with one thread on braggot. I searched again this morning and came up with three pages so I must have done something wrong.
