Blueberry/Pomegranate Melomel

Sang, this is your fault. Looking at your new meads going made me want
to start one. i will be starting this tommorow. i have four 64 oz. jubs
of Blue/Pom juice, 4 quarts of blueberries, 5 lbs. of honey. Probably
going to start with 2 1/2 gallons and check SG to see where to go from
there.

I would recommend a couple more lbs of honey wade. 5 lbs for 2-1/2 gallon is a bit weak.

Okay, maybe I reduce it to 1 1/2 gallon batch.

Yes I will, although it doesnt look like its getting done in the next few days now. Oh well!
