A friend of mine wanted to make a blackberry flavored wine. She just bottled her first kit, an Orchard Breezin Peach chardonnay I helped her up the ABV on. We were at the local wine store today and they didn't have the OB Blackberry merlot she wanted so she bought the Vino del Vida (or whatever they call it) RJ Spagnols White Zin and this: http://www.fermentationtrap.com/8806.html in blackberry. She wants a quick drinking sweet wine. will it work? Also I read that you cannot use Iodophor with the oregon fruit puree. Any thoughts or suggestions?
