Im thinking of ordering all 3 of the reds offered. I have read that the L/E kits produce very fine wines. I am limited on equipment. I have one 8 gal. fermentor and two glass carboys. Does anyone know what the typical expiration date would be on theses kits?

I have gotten several of their Limited Edition kits and they were all execellent whites. I am sure your kits will be good for at least a year.

They would be good for at least a year beyond their production and probably 18 months. That's what Tim Vandergrift of WE said recently. I've only made two of their limiteds (Trio Blanca and Petit Verdot) and they're both really good despite being less than a year old.

I am sitting here drinking a glass of the last of the three red LE's they did last year.

I just bottled it today.

I can say without a doubt that it is good. I'm sure that it will be even better in a couple of years. I may just do all three this year too.

Cheers.
