I am doing a Breezin Kiwi Melon Pinot Grigio from Rj Spagnols. My started SG was 1.052 and 3 days after I had to tranfer it in the Carboy the Sg was 1.006. And now after 6 days from start the SG is .996. According to the instruction it should take 14 - 19 to get to .996. Should I stransfer it now, add ingredients or wait and how long??

You want to make sure the fermentation has totally completed before going to the next step so I would wait a total of 10 days from when you transfered from primary. So I guess that would be 7 days from now.

How warm is your fermentation area?
