I'm debating purchasing a Fast Rack system for bottle drying. I noticed a couple versions 3x4 and 6x4. This seems like a better option than a bottle tree. Any opinions on these?

Fermenting WE kit, on day 6. SG is at 1.01 which instructions say to rack at that reading or less. I'm just curious,would you wait another day or go ahead and rack? I fermented a WE Cab kit and the SG on day 5 was well below 1.01.

In my reading today I saw that WE kits do not recommend bulk aging as of 2013. I've read over and over the benefits and positive opinions of bulk aging. I was planning to bulk age 6 months from my WE can/merlot kit. What do you think?
