    Bottling accident, wine everywhere

    I had a case of bottles delivered to the house and 1 bottle was broken on arrival. This must have been a second bottle with unnoticed damage.:ts Full bottle, in the floor corker - just as I pressed the lever the bottle broke... Wine everywhere, I could do nothing but laugh.

    Vinotemp 600E

    Strongly considering a Vinotemp 600E. looking for long term storage to get at least 2 to 3 years aging before consumption. Anybody know the pro's and con's on this unit? The unit will be placed in the corner of my rec room which sees temps fluctuate between 65 - 80 degrees. Thanks!
