    Hey everybody, I started this chat about my wine storage a year ago, And runningwolf was right, After a year i went from 1 to 6 yeastingbottles. I make around 30 liters or 36 winebottles everey 3/4 months.... I need to make a new one. Suggestions?

    Hey sammy, You added to much sugar. There is a lot of suger in the pineapples itself. You only need around 1200 grams to make a wine with 11/12% Your yeast is dead now and you have 14/15% now. Good luck

    Good for you jswordy, But not everybody wants to play on unsafe mode. It is boiling the bananas or have an change to trow your wine away, The fruit itself doesn't have to boil, only the peel. Bearpaw

    Hey, Banana peels don't give an bitter taste but an neutral banana taste. The most important thing to do when you use the peels is to boil them because bananas get yellow with the help of bacteria. Those bacteria are an disaster for your wine. Bearpaw

    Hey runningwolf, I totally agree with you. In holland we have an quote for that: Het oog wil ook wat hebben - they eye also wants a part. It means that the looks also count. I think I will enjoy drinking wine with a nice label and sealed etc. much more than when it actually isn't finished...

    This is my equipment! In the future I will possibly buy more. The only thing you don't see on the picture is the yeast and the concentrated citron sour. Bearpaw
