    Expiration Date?

    Do wine kits have an expiration date? I have never noticed one. And do kits ever go bad from age? I just bought and started Cellar Clasic Zinfendel and noticed the yeast package was expired after I had pitched it. I am assuming that this kit sat on the shelf for awhile.

    CO2 and Hydrometer Readings

    What, if any, effect does CO2 rising or suspended in the test jar of winehave on the actual SG reading? Also, my SG has been the same for several days and there is not any airlock activity but I see tiny bubbles rising to the top. I am sure it is CO2 but is it still fermenting?
