Is there a minimum post count I need to hit before I can add a signature? I don't currently have a signature option in my profile.

Can some clear this up once and for all? Is OneStep a cleaner and sanitizer or not? I was told it was both but to be able to say you are a sanitizer there is expensive testing required and they didn't want to pay it.
