I think he mentions that he had already done it a few time before he shot the video, which is why there were fewer bubbles. I am curious on the method you mention as well. If you do find the thread please link!

Tony, wouldn't there be sediment at the bottom due to the clearing? Just to explain what I have done so far: It has gone from primary, then into the secondary for stabilizing and clearing. There was never a third racking.

Thanks! Apparently wine kits are like software these days! I guess I will start making it a standard practice to go download the instructions from the manufacturer for each kit I get!

Quick question. My Green Apple Riesling came with a packet of Kristalblok, yet the instructions never mention adding it to the wine. At what point should I be adding it, if I need to at all? Thanks in advance you wine geniuses!:b
