I tasted some off the stirring spoon. im not a wine drinker. i make it for my wife and friends. i went on with the process and we will see what happens. its in the clearing stage now.
I made a wine expert kit, Pink Mascato. It fermented in 7 days, when I racked it into a carboy yesterday added sorbate and went to degas there was no gas, not one bubble.does this mean there is something wrong
Well after aging the DB for 3 months I bottled it and does have a very good berry flavor and people love it. I do think I have it a little too sweet but they love it and its almost gone

I need to know what my options are for filtering wine? I know the best way is with the all in one but I dont have that kinda money right now. is there another good way to filter wine
I followed the recipe to a T The SG now after clearing and stabilizing and sweetening is 1.030 and still has a very bitter taste. my skeeter pee turned out great though
Yes I did that and tasted it yesterday and it pretty dry yet and hardly any berry flavor. I used two 3lb bags of 3 berry blend and a 1lb bag of blackberrys
