I know that the primary fermenter needs to be stirred but what about
the secondary ? I'm thinking I should let it sit The primary was very active and
finished at < 1.000
I'm thinking of racking one more time to clarify and stabilize.
Does it sound like I know what I'm doing ?? !

kit In the primary concluding a very strong ferment.
The instructions to leave it in there for 14 days before racking.
Doesn't that seem a tad long ? Especially after a strong fermentation.

I have a carboy filled and just added the fining and clearings. It says 7 to 10 days before bottling. Now should I stir it each day or let it be ?
