As we all know that since early 1900s, Ozone has been widely use for sanitizing water that is for water treatment. After this long historical importance, different wineries have embraced the use of Ozone, its use has been generally effective for barrel cleaning, tank cleaning and sanitation and for surface cleaning. Now it becomes very mobile and very effective in terms of carrying and handling it with the different equipments.
I mainly use Ozone for barrels and tanks and would like to know, if you guys use it or not to know better.
