My Rose kit doesn't tell me to cold stabilize and I want to do this to get the tartar crystals out so the question is when should I do this? Before racking the first time or after racking the first time? Or should I do it after racking, racking, filtering?

If you decide to do it, the order should be add finings (kiesol/chitosan, whatever came with the kit), cold stabilize, rack, filter, bottle. I don't normally cold stablize kits, I have done it in the past with other kits and felt it left the wine a little bit flabby at the end. Your Mileage May Vary.
