Other What next?

Well I am just back and forth of what kit to try next. My wife and I love dry reds. So far I have made:

Eclipse Sanoma Pinot Noir with addition of blackberries ( Aging)
WE Selection Cab/Merlot added blackberries as well( Aging)
RJ Super Tuscan( Aging)
Dragons Blood bottled but not great.
WE LE Oregon pinot noir(Primary)


So as you can see I still have a ways to go to enjoy the fruits of my labor. So we haven't tasted any of the wine currently aging.

I am considering
Eclipse Stags leap Merlot
Eclipse Lodi Cab
EN PRIMEUR AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO

Between these I have no clue what I want to pull the trigger with. Any suggestions on these or others not mentioned please let me know

Best of luck! I too am wondering what my next steps will be. I have done nothing but sweets so far so I would like to make a dry. Just not sure what I want to do
