WineXpert Twisted Mist-Racked Today

I finally got the time to rack my Twisted Mist kits (one of each). They both look and smell the same. Maybe the same "base" used for both kits. I don't know. I was trying to do them by Timmys rules, omitting no detail, but racking was two days late. During active fermentation they did not have as much odor as other WE kits. I was also able to get a Cellar Craft Old Vine Zinfandel and a Selection Johannisberg Dry Riesling started today.

really curious how the strawberry margarita comes out, I've been eyeing that one. keep us informed!
