I received my Renaissance Impressions Barolo and Amarone from George today. I have to do some shifting around before I start but should be this week end. In the meantime, the kits are resting after their arduous trek from Texas and coming to room temperature. Can't wait to start!

I decided to order a larger primary (as I just have 6 gal ones) for the Barolo kit. I'm shooting for a next week start.

Good luck on those new kits, Rocky, they will make a great wine... if you stay out of 'em long enough.

Robie, I think I may be able to stay out of them for a good while. I have finally built up enough inventory that they should not be in danger, particularly the Barolo.
