a man is walking past the state hospital. he can hear the patients behind the wooden fence chanting "13,13,13" but he cannot see. as he rounds the corner he notices a knot hole. he gets on his tip toes and looks thru the hole when someone pokes him in the eye with a stick.
then they start chanting "14,14,14"
then they start chanting "14,14,14"
