Started Primary Fermentation 4 days ago took my Hydrometer reading 1.001 .... I am a bit surprised by the reading seems like really quick. Staring reading was 1.076 . I have put on my air lock for secondary fermentation. Should i be concerned or just a very active yeast? I fermenting a Corot Noir. The temp of the when reading was 69 F did the adjustment calc and get 1.001.
