Speaking of Oak

There is always a lot of dialog around how much and how long to add oak. I found this spreadsheet on the StaVin site and found it very interesting. I'm sure most of the more experienced folks have seen this, but thought it might come in very handy for bench trials and such. I have attached a link to this post for anyone who is interested. Once on the page, click on the "Oak Addition Calculator" link to download the excel calculator.

Somehow you're missing a colon (did you type it in or cut & paste?), and winemaking tgalk is appended in front of it.
