I'm building a small vineyard in New york, about 2 hours north of NYC. We have humid summers and cold winters, so I think I'm limited to french hybrids as vinifera won't survive?

Anyways since my dad works in agriculture and gets free soil samples I had this done for my yard. Here are the results:

pH 7.2
organic matter% 2.1
CEC 12.6
K saturation% .7
Mg saturation% 55
Ca saturation% 39.6
Ca/Mg 1.4
Phosphorus 11 ppm
Potassium 40 ppm
Magnesium 944 ppm
Calcium 1330 ppm
Aluminum 605 ppm

Does anyone have any opinions on the above and recommendations for making it more suitable for grapes. Right now I plan on planting chardonelle and cab franc.

The pH is a bit high at 7.2. Hybrids like it more like 6.2. Can you get recommendations from the testing station oriented to wine grapes? That would help pinpoint the nutrients needed for you. Chardonel is a bit tender for even your region. I have it here but we have lost it to the ground for a number of years now so I have given up on it. We ripped Cab Franc out after three years. Even if it survives, it never gets quite ripe enough. Also Cab franc is a vinifera variety not a hybrid.
