Mosti Mondiale sediment and aging

Racked my pinot noir and put on oak but accidently got more sediment in it than normal. can I get away with not racking again for the 2 months that I want to oak it for or should I wait a couple of weeks and rack again and transfer the oak to the new carboy. thanks for any suggestions. Ron

If you only have a little sediment, it will be fine for a couple months if you want the oak in there that long. It might not need it that long.
