Yes!
I have been using for many years without any issue.
I used to re clean with it prior bottling/racking/fermenting and never had an issue.

Now I only use it to clean initially.
And just spritz down with k meta before bottling/racking/fermenting
 
When I sanitize I always keep my left foot at least 10 inches from a carboy and have never had a problem;)
