Hello Folks. Recently moved from Chairman Cuomo's/Hochul's Peoples Republic of Central New Yorkistan to the Free Republic of Southern Missouri . . damn it's good to breath Free Air again.

We bought a small farm here in the Ozarks where we plan to grow and produce stuff for the local Farmers Markets . . did the same in Central New Yorkistan but the regulations were suffocating compared to MO. Been making wine for about 12 yrs or so . . simple fruit wines from the little purple booklet. Pretty much bomb proof recipes. Now that I am retired (Comms Engineer, Public Safety . . 911 Systems etc) I want to step up my winemaking game.

Looking to learn a lot here.
