just bought my equipment. want to make a cabernet any suggestions on all liguid or concentrate and any words of advice would be greatly aprreciated.

I replied in your other post but will add to this that the bigger the
kit the more aging that is really required to get what your looking
for. If you have a lot of patience and are not looking for fast results
I would think about getting a Mosti Mondiale all juice kit but that
will require more aging than a 15 liter kit but the end result will be
worth the wait.
