We just bottled the New Zealand Marbourough Sauvignon Blanc and it is OUTSTANDING!!! Wonderful citrus, apple taste.
I started it on April 11 of this year, so it is not even 3 months old, but it is already great. I don't know if I will be able to let it age.
You need to try this kit, so next month, watch for a really good special on this wine. I now know why it costs so much.
