Do you have one that you want to share?

My wife and I quit smoking a year ago and have since gained a few pounds.......... of course you all see how we eat so I guess a "No DUH!" would be in line here..........

It's not just about the weight however, it's about "Being" healthy. So this year we have vowed to each other (again) to maintain a healthier life style so we can be together a lot more years.

i have to shed a few pounds myself as Ive gained 12 lbs and all the pants that i bought to replace all the worn out way to big ones from loosing a lot of weight 1 1/2 years ago are way to tight. As a matter of fact I blew a pair of these at work a week ago bending down and had to duct tape the whole rear section to work through the day. Is there anything duct tape can not do?

Wade, I don't think duct tape will make a very good wine. There, one thing that duct tape can't do.
