Are they 750l? 1000l?

I notice you also have a bunch (of what appears to be) 300ls on that pallet too!

These are 1000 liter tanks. I also have 1 700 liter, 6 600 liter, 1 500 liter, 8 300 liter and a couple of 200 liter tanks in steel. I do love the Letina tanks.

Both big tanks are full to the brim with juice about to be fermented.

They're full to the brim ready to ferment? Doesn't fermenting cause the liquid to expand?!

Ok, so maybe not all the way to the brim. They have about 950 liters in them. And it is white grape juice - no grape skins. So there should be minimal expansion. As long as it doesn't foam too much it should be fine.
