Finally....Back at the Ranch...






The wine is now at .995...guess that might be as dry as it will get.

Racked it and tried de-gassing like 'you big guys' do...this was my first attempt.

I didn't get many bubbles..first I had a leak because the handle is in the way, but finally got a good seal...Will try that again sometime.
 
Meanwhile....Back at the ranch....
The wine is finally finished and bottled...

And it's as good as it looks. It is very fruit forward, I did use steam extracted juice from about 25# of cherries.


I will be ordering more plants in spring...This one is awesome!!!!
 
Very glad it came out awesome and its so rewarding to lant something, baby it, and then reap the rewards.
